INTRODUCTION TO IT ONLINE SERVICES
Support services are available to students, faculty and staff via e-mail and limited phone service. All voice messages left will be responded to.
Please leave the following information in your messages to ensure we can get in touch with you:

Internet access services
Several large Internet service providers have pledged to provide free access to their Wi-Fi hotspots for 60 days. In addition, they all have low cost Internet access plans for those households not located near their public hotspots.
- Comcast opens Xfinity Wi-Fi network for free; offers Unlimited Data for free.
- Altice opens their Wi-Fi hotspots to K-12 and college students (SSID: optimumwifiemergency)
- AT&T opens their Wi-Fi hotspots
PCCC Account

Access Your Account
- Browse to www.pccc.edu
- Click on “My PCCC Account”
- Click on “Student” icon
- Click on one of displayed Tools (E-mail, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, …)
- At the login screen enter your login credentials.

Change Your Password
- Browse to www.pccc.edu
- Click on “My PCCC Account”
- Click on “Password Change” icon
- Fill the form by following the instruction and requirements.
- Click “Submit”
Password Change Form Requirement– Type your first name and last name exactly as it shows on your identification card.
– Enter two digits for your birthday (ex. “06”), and four digits for your birth year (ex. “2001”).
– Make sure you enter only last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number.
– Your password should be at least 8 digits long, with combination of Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. If you would like to use a special character on your password, please choose one of the characters listed below the password field.NOTE: Students with missing SSN number should:
- Browse to www.pccc.edu/firstlogin
- Follow the steps

Your User (Login) ID
- Browse to www.pccc.edu
- Click on “My PCCC Account”
- Click on “What’s my ID” icon
- Enter your last name
- and your Student ID or your Social Security Number
- Click “Submit”
Remote Access

Access your VDI desktop computer
- Download and install the VMware Horizon Client
- Reboot your computer
- Open the Horizon Client, click the “New Server” button, and enter: vdi.pccc.edu
- Set the Domain to: PCCC
- Login with your PCCC “user name” and “password”
- Right-click on the Desktop Pool icon, and ensure PCoIP is selected.
- Double-click the icon to launch your VDI desktop

- Dial your number
- Once it goes to your voicemail press * key
- Enter your ID (extension) followed by #
- Enter your pin number followed by #

Change Your Voicemail Greetings:
- Dial your number
- Once it goes to your voicemail press * key
- Enter your extension followed by #
- Enter your pin number followed by #
- Once you hear “You Have …” press the 4 key which will take you to the setup menu.
- Follow the directions to change your greetings
